What is this CD called?

At Meijer they have those value CDs for 9.99 (kind of like walmart..) heck they may even have it at walmart..

but at meijers it's #18... and the title of it is something like.. dance workout CD or something..

and it has this ONE song i'm obsessed with but idont remember the title of the CD!!! Can anyone help??

I dont remember any of the tracklist except i know #1 was called children.

also the cover's edges are black and it has a picture of a women in workout clothes ( i think a red shirt)

The specific song had no lyrics.. its some kind of technoish dancey type of song..

i know it starts out with One note (its a piano i think) then waits 5 seconds.. then 3 more notes.. (low, high, low) then waits 5 seconds.. then 3 more notes( low a little bit more higher.. then even lower)

I know its almost NO HELP XD but it goes "do..................... do DO do...................... do DO /do/..." kind of like that..
