Usually a month or two before you birthday every year you should get a letter from them. It states how much you have made every year since you started working and what your projected benefits will be. Obviously it changes with changes in you income.

I've got one every year for at least the last 12 years.

you should have sss id provided to all SSS members, go to the nearest sss office and present your card to the verification counter.
