Their Official Language: Dutch, French, German

Guess they speak French for the same reason other languages are spoken in other countries.

My first thought:

For the same reason they speak french in any other country: They're Frenchmen. They also speak engl;ish in Belgium, and German, and Flemish, etc.etc.
