Have you ever felt physical pain from being emotionally and continuously happy? Not just a fleeting moment of happiness from a funny joke. More like getting that promotion you worked hard for or finding that special someone. That continuous happiness we all feel at some point in our lives. Has anyone ever experienced a physical discomfort during such times? Exclude physical medical conditions.

In psychology, they say even a positive change can bring stress. Myself, I need that little bit of impetus at times. Especially when I'm in a rut. If something is uncomfortable enough, it's a motivating factor.

Yeah, there are times in which I've panicked because I was so happy.It's the fear of something very big that's going to happen to you to take away your happiness or the fear of never being as happy again.In my opinion at least.

Only when I've been laughing so hard and for so long that I can't stop and it makes my ribs hurt like I'm having a heart attack.

yeah sometimes, its weird, you would think making happy wouldnt make you feel bad
