Set up users that are restricted. Restricted users can't by default instaoo software.
Go to Control Panel > Users and select add

go to start>programs>control panel>user accounts>
by here you can create a new account or just activate you administrator account.
click that and look for assigned password.
You must reboot your system of log it off to see the effect.

Create another (login) username (profile) as a user (not as an administrator)
