I haven't been shopping for a very long, long time. And I totally need more new clothes. Because my shirts are getting smaller and my pants are getting shorter and my shoes are getting tighter. What mall or store is a good place to shop at for girls?

Sure the mall is a good place to shop! But don't be afraid to check the 50-75% off racks, you might find a gem! Also try places like TJ Maxx or Marshell's, you can find grear trendy stuff for really good prices, depending on the brand, but even if it is brand name it usually isn't very much. Also look in thrift stores, you never ever know what you'll find. Other stores are forever 21, Wet Seal, and maybe Target.

There are some great shops in Paris, Milan, Munich, Kuwait City, Berlin and Madrid. Are you over here in Europe or the middle east? It would be helpful to know where you are located in order to make a recommendation.

Wet Seal or Charlotte Russe. They are really good. Also check in Abercrombie and Hollister and go into their back room and shop the clearance. They have really good deals on their clearance.
