well...not sure after i read your entire question. after reading the title i thought sure why not, as long as the script is good and realistic you know, ok. but then you reminded us of Rocky and lets hope if Harrison Ford does another Indiana Jones movie, he would be the father of the new Indiana Jones or make a darn good script/story for him if they want it to be any good.
i think it is just up to the writers / producers / and directors if they want it to be any good.
