i shave but he wont?

Question

so i prefer my man clean-shaven in his "special place" if you catch my drift...he knows but often lets it grow anyway and doesnt shave until i nag and nag. he prefers me clean-shavin' and, except for when aunt flow is visiting, i do keep my bikini area shaved. all he has to shave everyday is his face (his choise, not mine), but as a young woman, my hair grows fast enough that i have to shave my legs and underarms everyday and my groin every other day. neither of us FORCES each other, but outta courtesy and to please him, i do it, why wont he do the same for me? is this fair? if its not, what can i say to convince him to do it on his own? (to make me a little happier)

so most people say to ask him trim so he doesnt he the itchiness (even though i shave so i have to deal with the itchiness too, whatever) so does that mean i can start trimming instead of shaving

Shaving down there is not natural and not necessary where did this America culture come up with the idea that our private area needs to be shaved? Most people in the world don't shave down there.

You have to understand that there is a big difference between you and him shaving.

The fact that he has testicles is a big one. Skin gets caught in the razor, and rips. It hurts - alot! You get around this eventually by refining your technique, but it is an issue you have to keep in mind.

Another is that guys sweat more, and shaving affects this. Hair down their is like god's air conditioning. To not have it will make him swelter. He will get used to it, but it will take time. I recommend baby powder. Also, as another person said, go for the porno style instead. Just trim it short (like a Number 2 on a hair trimmer) and shave the shaft and balls. This is alot better (speaking from experience here) and is comfortable for both you and him.

Finally, tell him NOT to use a fresh razor, but a used one. A slightly dull razor (say one or two face shaves) will still trim the hair close, but you have a much smaller chance of nicks and cuts, plus it helps prevent ingrown hairs.

I cannot stand when guys expect girls to be clean shaven and it looks like a jungle down there. Have you talked with him about this? Some of my boyfriends have said it's too itchy to shave, but they do trim the hair short. If he doesnt wanna shave because it itches, see if he will trim the hair really short.

Yeah, I'm a guy and can say that shaving down there is extremely itching and irritating (since thousands of poky hairs grow back during the day and rub against the sensitive skin everywhere). How about a short trim as a compromise? Or something that he can stand.

My opinion though? Guys are just lazy about the groin shaving thing. It's just too much work for them to lift and hold back and position....you know??

I've refused to shave my privates and that's seemed to work. But, I've never relied on it for too long 'cuz I can't stand myself unshaved. If YOU can stand it, it's pretty effective. Yeah, then they get a little taste of their own medicine.......uh, if you get my drift......no pun intended :-).

Also, helps if you couple the above method with comments on how the shaving makes his member look bigger. What guy doesn't want a bigger slong??

well your a girl and if you want hairy armpits and hairy legs well go ahead but I know you don't want to look like that. As far as your private part like you said shave it so you can atleast wear a bikini and keep it trimmed short you shouldn't have to shave completely everyday unless he is using his mouth down there like everyday, even then you shouldn't have to, i never cared if my chick had a little down there as long as it wasn't to much. As for him he's going to shave when he wants hopefully he can do it a little more often.

He seems a little self centered to me. If my woman asks me to shave I am pretty quick to grab the razor. Like someone else said, let yours grow or better yet don't go down on him unless he shaves. I am sure he will be grabbing the razor then.

A full shave for a male is rather uncomforable..I would advise you compromise and get him to agree to shaving the balls and doing a "porno trim" at the base of the shaft..I.E. shaving a little up at the base of the shaft to augment size appearance and make for a cleaner stroke...

Here is an idea!! :) Get him into fitness and bodybuilding where it is actually the norm and cool to stay clean shaven. Try that and see what happens. Buy Muscle & Fitness magazines. Create an environment where he will feel that not shaving is actually not normal.

You don't want to be pushy so take it slow and continue to be patient.

its a fact that mens hair is thicker than womens so when it starts to grow back the next day it can be very itchy and rarley painful,so if you want him bald,wax it for him,that would be best
