No. If we did it would be daylight at 9PM and it would be dark at 8AM in the summer.
I believe Alaska and Indiana also don't do daylight savings time.

Hi Kim!
Parts of Arizona do observe Daylight Saving Time . It's complicated.
1) The state of Arizona generally does not observe Daylight Saving Time. Starting Sunday, when it's 12:00 noon in Los Angeles and 1 p.m. in Denver, it's still 12:00 noon in Phoenix.
2) The Navajo Nation reserve does observe Mountain Daylight Time across its whole territory, which reaches into Utah and New Mexico. When it's 12:00 noon in Phoenix, it's 1 p.m. in Chinle and other places in the Navajo Nation.
3) The Hopi Nation reserve, which is fully surrounded by the Navajo Nation, does NOT observe Daylight Time. When it's 1 p.m. in Chinle, it's still 12:00 noon at Oraibi, in the Hopi Nation.
4) There is an enclave of Navajo territory, The Jedito Canyon, completely surrounded by the Hopi Nation. It would technically observe Daylight Time, except that I don't know whether the enclave is inhabited, but if so, when it is noon in Oraibi, it would be 1 p.m. in the Jedito Canyon!
By the way, there are only two states where Daylight Time is currently not observed: Arizona and Hawaii. Indiana and Alaska both have Daylight Time statewide.

No, Arizona does not use daylight savings time. In fact, AZ and part of Indiana are the only two places in the continental 48 that do not observe it. In the summer, we observe PST and in the winter, MST.

Really? I thought Hawaii and Alaska was the only state that didn't use daylight savings time.
