Yes,send a or empty enveloe to the last known address. On the oustide of the envelope place a labeltypewritte :Address Service Requested". If there is a forwarding addree envelope will come back to you with the new address on it....

you can start by going to your local post office and asking to speak with the post master. however they are suposed to keep the idenity confidintial and the new origen of the address however they can tell you if there was a change in address

if they changed their address and did not tell you, it might be because they do not want you to know where they are. Stop stalking and get a life.
