C in the center with a line to 3 different H around the C. The last line goes from C to Cl. The Cl needs 6 more dots for unshared e- that are around it.

Br has 7 electrons on its valence. Also, KBr and NaBr are ionic compounds, they don't have molecular form. They are like this: K+ -Br Na+ -Br CH4 = Non polar Cl2 = Non polar KBr = Ionic NH3 = Polar CCl4 = Non polar CH3Cl = Non polar N2 = Non polar H2S = Polar NaBr = Ionic
