I can't figure out what type it is and I've been searching for a bit. It's an interesting looking bird :)

This bird is "Dusky Lory", a species of Parrot.

That thing looks exactly like my african grey (other than the obvious stark black/orange colors vrs. plain grey)
Same head, beak, size, everything....
The best I can tell you is that it is definitely some sort of parrot.
