It is very safe as long as you buy it brand new
make sure of the following
1. that the seller has a high feedback rating
2. that the shipping is not a lot
3. that it is from the United States
4. that the listing says NEW not LIKE NEW
It seems like alot of things but it becomes a habit after a few auctions

dont EVEN THINK OF IT, I BOUGHT A CD FROM EBAY. THEN THE BILLS STARTED COMING IN MY EMAIL. FROM 59/ $ THE BILL WENT UPTO 300$. AND I HAD PAID THE POSTMAN THE COMPLETE AMOUNT FOR THE CD, THE AMOUNT EBAY HAD ASKED ME TO PAY. SO DONT BY FROM EBAY.

I did, infact I only were given mine right this moment..I were given an particularly reliable deal on it...only examine their comments properly, pay with paypal, ask for pictures of the gadget on and stale and also you'll be effective...reliable luck

I've never bought from eBay and don't think I ever will. It's too ghetto and risky.
