Capitol Punishment - in the cases that have overwhelming evidence of murder torure rape and child molestation -
All for it
Abortion - Go for it - I disagree but I won't stop you
Gay marriages - Fine - don't care
Oil gas and so forth - Make it a Crown corperation and let the government buy in bulk and so forth - Nationalise that and insurance
Banks should be heavily regulated by government to prevent losses of freedom through economic domination.
Trudeau's wage and Price control - Yep for that too I understtod Treudeau said he needed more control over wages for it to have been truly effective - So give the federal government the right to cap all wages - Say at 500,000 yr - That sure as hell doesn't remove incentive in my mind .
The heavily subsidised University's -yep for that to But any Canaidan going south with a degree say in medicine or whatever has to pay ever last cent of the subsidy back before they can go - or when they return they will face massive penalty's

Livable minimum wages - not get rich wages but livable minimum wages should be law and administered by the Provinces who can better gauge the cost of living index in that area but it should be overseen by The House of Commons

Why give all that power to the corperations who have done nothing but exploit. Haven't large corperations more or less behaved as a soci path ?
If you give the government that power in theory you give it to the people and the peoples representives - I can dump the government how am I going to dump Bill Gates (bad example but you get the point)

On three counts you follow Liberal ideology. These ideas sound like the Liberal's left end -- the oil & gas Crown corp (what used to be Petrocan), wage & price controls, subsidized universities.
And three of your ideas (better bank regulation, higher minimum wage, and nationalizing anything) sound like democratic socialism.
Only on capital punishment would you qualify as a Conservative (even most Conservatives have voted against capital punishment in the past).
So sometimes you'd vote Liberal, sometimes NDP.

For things to change for this country, to heel, we need a real person to lead the dissitions of this country people need no longer identify on party lines both demarcates and republicans once they reach positions of power they go with the people who paid to put them there. The common man no longer has a chance because the old money is happy with things just the way it is. Even on most questions I reed here it is a fight instead of a brainstorm. If one thing I’ve learned in life is you can never have too much information and the more you plan the more likely you are to succeed. There is always an option but most of the time people rather recite what they hear rather than try to figure out why they think that way. If you take a differing belief as an attack on what you believe you are scared that you may be wrong.

You are a Socialist through and through.
The only exception is capital punishment. If you saw the crime committed you could go there. Other wise, what???
I assume you are Canadian from certain references. May I ask you about socialized medicine. Why are so many Canadians who have the money coming to Seattle for health care? I have heard you guys have to wait months to see a specialist after being referred. Is that true? I have had 3 friends and a relative get By-Pass surgery in less than a week of the diagnosis.
Do you have any first person experience with long delays or is the Government up there sending bogus information down here? Maybe they want me to stay down here.
Please, I am very curious, will you contact me through my profile.

Follow the money trail in everything!
It's all about the money and that's what corrupts governments

Definitely a socialist. One question, why give the government all of that power? What have they ever had control of that they managed efficiently? More government=Less rights.
