Im an english teacher in korea and i reccomend my students to just speak as much as possible, get a headset and go on yahoo chat and just talk and try to mimic the same kind of way that native englsih speakers pronounce words, you will do great if you keep trying

the best exercise is to listen a lot for starters to english either on cassette or on TV (the latter is better because you can be up to date with how people actually use the language), as you listen your ears sharpen and thus you will be able to mimic the words and phrases.
try choosing a few everyday social expressions such as (hi, how are you doing?) (it's a pleasure meeting you)...etc or you can memorize a line from a movie or a cartoon you watch a lot and repeat it between you and yourself, eventually, and by chance that line may aid you in your life in a certain situation, for example the line in "my fair lady" (do you expect me to get into that and wet myself all over?) or in "the lion king" when scar says (well... as far as brains go i've got the lion share but when it comes to brute and strength... i'm afraid i'm at the shallow end of the dream pool)
try it, i know i have and it's fun and beneficial!
good luck

hi,
put yourself in front of a mirror... and speak each letter of the alphabet... repeat this until you are satisfied with each sound of each letter. then start saying some small words, watch how your mouth and tongue works. repeat words you didn't like the sounds of. then, longer words. do this everyday and you will become a very good speaker. have someone listen to your exercises once in awhile to make corrections for you to practice on. good luck! :)
