If people let them. I am not saying that we should kill bees for our own good (because I love ALL animals, even the gross ones), but that we should have a barrier. Bees, or any other insect in fact, don't like the cold weather at all. They try to avoid it when they can, because bugs can easiliy die in cold weather. Their wings freeze and they can not fly. Then they stay on the ground, helpless, and they get really cold and freeze to death (poor bugs). It depends on the weather

Yeah, as soon as the climate allows them a chance to survive. You already have bees, so it's just a matter of time.
