N has two dots for unshared e-. There is a dash from the N to each of three F atoms. Each F also has 6 dots around it for unshared e-.

Hard to draw it here, but nitrogen as your central atom, one bond to each fluorine, 2 lone electrons on N, 6 on each F.

N does not follow the octet rule, and therefor the N is single bonded to each F with 2 free electron pairs (four total free electrons)
