Okay, in Australia last night they showed a preview for next week and Grey is pregnant!
Is it a false alarm or what ends up happening? Also who's the daddy??

It is her appendix and George gets to take it out. This will be his second appendectomy and he almost killed the first guy in episode one when he pulled to hard on the strings and tore the stump.

She isn't actually. She ends up needing her appendix out but she throws up 3 times in the beginning of the episode so everyone thinks she is.
