well there developing a chose and play plan but its still in developement

It would be very hard to first find out what every single customer wants, as far as picking & choosing channels go. Tthen provide all those different customers with the countless combinations of channels everyone will choose.
Thousands of customers to keep track of saying, I want this channel but not this one. Then this through that, but minus those.

nope, I dont think that they will. They want you to buy the really expensive packages to get to the really cool channels. Maybe once TV is on the web more I think that it could happen.
