How can i make my vespa faster?

I have heard about these little scooters of Italy. They do make racing equipment for them. Look for the " Piaggio" scooter website. It might help. They have "Vespa" mentioned there. Good Luck.

Drag it around with someting that isn't a Vespa.

1.Ride it down hill all the time.
2.Add NOS System to it, adds 25% more HP
3.Turbo Charge it.
4.Run avation fuel in the tank
5.Buy a bore kit and increase the compression to the motor.

You can convert the bike engine to use Nitrus Oxide boost.
But the engine wont last very long, using nitrus.

take off all the weight you can, reduce wind drag however you can, use premium fuel. or put a bigger engine but that's complicated.
