Well, certainly things will tend to move from higher
pressure to lower pressure, but there must be something else going on sometimes to get the
circular motion of tornados and hurricanes. Someone must have something to add to explain that????? Inertia?

Higher pressure always moves toward lower pressure - this is the phenomenon that creates the wind.
