Genki English has a lot of good stuff. You could use their broken hearts game this way: Make a bunch of hearts, and cut in half. Write the present tense on one side, and the past tense on the other. Distribute among the students, and have them find the matches.

You could also make a bingo sheet with nine past tenses written at random on each grid. (of course, you use more than nine, but only nine on each page). Call out the present tenses, and the kids must figure out the past tenses and check them off. Whoever gets three in a row wins. Make that person the next "caller".

Battleships could also be done with past tenses.
