Comcast DVR problems?

I have Comast DVR. Sometimes when I go to look at the list of recorded programs, when i highlight some programs, the thing goes nuts and the screen starts flashing like crazy. If I hit the up or down key and highlight another show, it displays normally. It only does this with some shows. What can cause this and can I do anything about it?

call your cable company they will bring you a new 1 the only drawback is you lose everything you have recorded on the box

Call customer service and have it replaced.
