Will gaining weight cause my breasts to grow??

And if it's muscle mass vs if it's fat?

both, increase in pectoralis major size will push the breasts out, making them appear larger. An increase in body fat will also increase breast size, as fat is a large component of breast tissue.

Breasts are fat tissue, so yes. Weight gain will cause breast growth, however, it will also add pounds to the rest of your frame. There is a possibility it will go strictly to other places, but the chance is not high. I don't think that is a good way to increase chest size. Perhaps a padded bra?

I've always heard that breasts are made up mostly of fat, so weight gain would definitely cause breast growth.

Yes, gaining fat will cause your breasts to grow. Sadly though, chest seems to be the last place to gain and the first place to lose. But, since breasts are mostly fatty tissue, this will cause growth.

As for muscle mass, this can cause your breasts to look more "up and perky" because the pectoral muscles underneath will be larger, but breasts themselves are not muscle. So this will not increase their size.

If it's fat weight, absolutely yes. The breasts are usually the first place a woman loses weight.
