How's it being the sober one at a drunken St. Patricks Day party?

Not all Irish get rat arsed on St. Patricks day. They go out and may have a drink, its not a necessity. I have grown up in a pub in rural Ireland and have been a student in the best city for being a student in Ireland (Galway) and drunkeness is not overtly seen. There is mass and a parade and relaxation and revalry. And I bet you there is likely to be muslim entry in the St. Patricks day parade somewhere in Ireland.

There are no Irish Muslims, and the biggest mistake the Irish ever made was teaching Arabs to blow stuff up. I have never seen anyone sober on St. Patricks day, then again, I don't have a clear memory of the past 40 or so of them.

i have some muslim friends now studying in ireland...they said they dont have problems with staying sober all the time...
