Well im not sure if its throw up cuz its alot and also because a piece of it is like a stick(its long,orange and i dont know its weird.And i dont wont to take her to the Vet cuz shes running around and and looks pretty happy. ???????

Hey, what do you expect? It's throw up! I guess that's what happens to your food when it is regurgitated.

She probably just spit out some stuff she was carrying in her cheek pouches. Nothing to worry about.
(Once my hamster found my Hershey bar and put a bunch of it in her cheek pouches. After a while the chocolate melted and started drooling out. I don't recommend this because chocolate is not supposed to be good for them, but it was funny.)

What did u feed her? carrots? don't go cheap on your pets now. You might feel really guilty later on if you don't take her there and your pet dies. I don't like hamsters, but they're your hamsters so take care of them.

I wouldn't take the chance. If you think there's something wrong, take her to the vet immediately.
