i dont think you should shave down there at all. the hair goes back thicker. you should try nair or waxing. i know waxing is very painful. the little bumps that you are getting are definitely razor bumps. yes, if you pop them pus and the little hair follicle will come out. popping razor bumps can be painful.

Use an electric shaver. Don't use a razor. A razor shaves extremely close. That's why you are getting so many red bumps. The red bumps sound like ingrown hairs. You will have to remove them with tweezers. You can still get ingrown hairs with an electric shaver too, but it's impossible to cut yourself with an electric shaver. I recommend the Seiko Cleancut Shaver because it was designed to remove pubic hair. Just make sure to use an electric shaver instead of a razor for that area. Razors work fine for legs and underarms, but you really need an electric shaver for the bikini area. Be sure to use plenty of lotion after you shave.

Don't shave right when you get in the shower, first of all. Make sure water has been running over it for awhile. Then before you shave, scrub the area really well to make sure there is no bacteria where you are about to shave. Then put some conditioner on it, it makes it really smooth and silky. Keep the conditioner on and put shaving cream over top of that. Then shave in the direction of the hair to prevent razor burn. Rinse with cold or cool water. After you get of the shower dry off with a clean towel. Then if it burns at all, put Aloe Vera Gel on. It's amazing! If it feels okay, then just go ahead and put normal lotion on it. Hope this is detailed enough =]. Works for me.

shaving in the direction the hair grows should help reduce the red bumps your seeing. the red bumps are just an irritation from the razor. also using shaving cream, and then applying lotion directly after should help.

you could wax, but if you feel more comfortable, let it grow about half way. soak your pu$$y for like ten mintues. than shave with cream and use lotion. do not use a razor more than three times. my gf shaves and it looks really natural when she does it this way. your hair probably grows back b/c you have dark hair, but it does grow fast regardless. let me know if this works.

I use a depilatory like Veet or Nair. It eats down to the root really fast! And the good part is it only costs about 6 bucks. If you buy the type specially formulated for your bikini area you shouldn't get any irritation marks. Test it on a small part of your leg first to make sure you aren't allergic to it. It usually lasts about a week! Good Luck!

The best anser is not to shave. Be natural, be womanly. Many men prefer a woman to look like a woman and not a 10 year old.

Make sure you have a very sharp new razor...and be really careful. Also soak so that you soften the hair....they also now make lotions for that, you can get at the drug store...but some people, no matter what, get ingrown hairs....I guess you need to find out if you are one of them....

Try waxing instead. Your body probably just acts that way because of the razor. Just the way its always going to be.

If you don't want to wax...try getting the area very warm first.
