If one instance of what could be concidered "poor judgement" should get any station yanked from the air, there would only be about 5 networks left on cable.
Am I saying that it is right? Of course not. I am a very conservative person, and Ann Coulter has been losing ground with me at a land speed record pace. At this point she has to come up with something really well thought out for me to even care to listen to her again. For me, I don't make excuses for people on "my side" of most of the arguements in life.
However, if you are asking this question, let me ask you this one. Should CBS be taken off the air for the fake documents they used in the story just prior to the 2004 presidential election? It doesn't matter that the content of the documents was the general feelings about the people involved, the documents were fakes, and were easy fakes to anyone who knows what to look for. For me, I never got past the letterhead before I knew they were fakes. After serving 9 years in the Air Force, that letterhead has so many things wrong with it that it should have been dismissed as a fake right off the bat.
What about NBC and their loaded questions they ask Pres. Bush at press conferences? Should they have their credentials yanked? Obviously the reporter is unable to ask a straight question and took lessons in question asking from Torquemada. Is that anything that even comes close to journalism?
All the networks lean one way or the other. ALL of them. Yes, even the one that you watch. If you cannot admit that the news network that you watch isn't slanted, then you are sadly mistaken. The reason that you watch the news network you watch is that it is slanted more towards the direction you are comfortable with. Does that mean that you can give a free pass to "your" network and what they do is always right? Not at all. To be exact, if you do, you are a tool at best. No news network is perfect. No, not even the one that you watch. They are all guilty of some very shifty and underhanded crap. If the loyal viewers don't point it out, the network will shift towards even more shifty and underhanded crap. Even yours.

Why is it OK for Saturday Night Live or Mad TV to do insensitive skits week after week, but not for the FOX NEWS channel to do the same? Is this yet another example of liberal double standards?

No, it's the only decent station out there. They should cancel CNN, ABC, MSN, and all of those other libtard stations. Heard of morals and ethics? Yep, that's what Fox does.

Those stories are real news stories. Children are being brought up on charges for inappropriate touching. The part after that was a parody of a series of Nightline episodes. Grow a funny bone.

Liberal free speech, all other speech should be banned.
I don't think so! I don't watch fox news, I don't get the station. But the regular fox network is full of Liberal trash. Should we ban that also?

Yes they should and people should start calling their cable companies to strike the channel out of the cable line up.
Additional Comment:
After reading the comments posted you obviously believe in one of the biggest lies perpetrated by Faux News. A so-called "Liberal Media". In the recent book "Cable News Confidential" the author (who was an editor for FOX, CNN, MSNBC) states that if a news show brings a liberal guest then the viewpoint must be countered by 3 conservative views. Yet, the same was not true of the opposite conditions.

You would have to do away with the liberal media as well. (Your true colors are showing.) And, I hope you can prove your accusation. Although I doubt it. Do I detect a little SPIN here?
Get a life.
