Im 15 and I'm still going for a couple more years so is there a way to get my arms wristers thicker too?

your wrists are mostly tendon and bone, so there is not much to increase size there. A good workout for the forearms though is to climb on rockwalls, and wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.

Hey,
Go to the Gym and do some bench press work. Keep your wrists straight (knuckles to the sky) as you increase your weights on the bar over time.

Soon enough you will have a huge chest, and some real biceps and triceps that no-one will ever dare call you a "skinny wristed" or "limp wristed" so and so ever again.

Your pumped.
