When your school opens up the gym for workouts then you should attend and get the help from the coaches on how to bulk up. Drink some protein shakes if you want to gain wait while you workout and start jogging a couple times a week. I know that its hard to get yourself out and jogging at that age but it will benifit you greatly when the 2-a-days start and may even impress the coaches with your endurance. Getting your lungs fit for football is the first step because if you dont you will run out of energy mid-practice and wont be able to do much to win the coaches aproval. After you have jogged for a few weeks try adding some weight to simulate the weight of pads.
I'm not sure what positon you are going out for but each postion adds different elements that you should focus on.

what do you need help on? keep working out, get stronger and play ur butt off. no guarantees though, just work to be the best you can be and whatever happens live with it.
