As 2012 approaches, one has to ask if an x-files reunion is in order. After all, one wonders: What happened to Mulder, Sculley? Will the CSM suddenly revive and reappear as an alien? So many unsolved questions. Few answers. There is evidence to suggest but not disprove. There is no definitive answer. Closure is non-exisent. Is resistance futile?

Well, a second movie is in the works, but I don't know if it will ever happen and if they ever will have a reunion. It's anyone's best guess really. Personally, I hope they do, it was such a great show!

I think they will. The problem is they'll probably use newer actors and put Mulder and Scully in higher positions of authority, kind of like where Agent Skinner was.
The Aztec calendar ends in 2012 so they need to get cracking on this one before Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny hit middle age. We wouldn't want the earth to be invaded or the world to end without at the very least getting in one last x-files fix don't ya think?

I doubt they'll do one, but I sure would like to see one! I think David Duchovney and Gillian Anderson are trying to put Mulder and Scully behind them, and move onto other things. But it's so hard when you play such a well-known character for so many years!

Not Sure, as many movies is taken based on marvel comics now a days they are not planned to remake the old movie..
