Each shipping label from PayPal is unique for the address it waqs created. You have an option to cancel a postage label within like the first 24 or 48 hours. Beyond that you would probably have to contact PayPal to get a refund once they can verify that it has not been used. You will need to create a new unique label for the other package you need to ship.

Simple the answer the is No. The zip code is for that area you are mailing too and that is how the cost is determine (from your zip code). But since you are using paypal, which I use a lot - you can cancel that label and get a refund. Then print out your new label with the right information.

I don't think you can, I am pretty sure that a bar code prints on the label and that barcode and tracking number are specific to the address and shipment information (like weight) used to fill out the form at PayPal.

Call PayPal and ask them if you can get a refund for your unused label and postage.
