nothing happened, would you believe it???????? The ones that answered the first part of this question are encouraged to answer it.. Keep in mind that this person is your spouses x and now they are good friends and you and your spouse was having some issues, Would you believe that nothing happened.

Do not doubt them, as some guys, will hesistate to tell u nothing happened. Trust them. If u felt frustrated in believing them, throw the Q's back. U ask him / her, if one day, you also did the same thing, and the next day came back say, you are not doing anything wrong, even thou spend one nite together. See what's their reaction. If the spouse are angry then sit down and told them, that's the feeling you felt when he told you that he spend the nite with the x.

That is a very interesting question. I cannot answer yes or no with out knowing more about your relationship. Such as how much do you trust him? Has he lied to you in the past? What his reason was for HAVING to sleep over night. My gut instinct usually works the best for me. Good Luck!

My husband spent our first anniversary on a female co-worker's couch. I didn't know her, and he told me nothing happened. I did believe it, but that's because I trust him and know that he would not do things to hurt me or end our marriage. It might be harder to believe with an ex because they have a history, but whether or not we were having issues I believe my husband would honor our marriage vows.

first u must trust ur spouse then give her the green light to go ahead,but i m 100% sure that my spouse won't go 4 it to avoid any misunderstanding as her x may do something dishonest to her.that's y there r so many rape cases cos of acquaintances.

u have to have the trust. yes u may be having issues but still that trust issue is the biggest. and if u can tell hes lying is a good thing!!!!!!
