one of my best friends has introduced to me to a lot of her neighborhood friends. i start talking to them, and we get close. however, lately my friend has been at odds with quite a few with them. and when we go out, i cant invite my new friends b/c my best friend cant stand them. what do i do?

dont bring them together, keep them apart. you do that spend equalish time with both of them then it is fine. and if you two break up then you wont be able to stand them either.

It sounds like your first friend might be a little insecure and jealous. She also might feel a little left out. Keep separate time with her if you still want her as a friend. She might tell you why she has problems with the others. Then spend time with the others when she isnt there. You cant make other people like each other or get along with each other. If you like all of them you will just have to respect their problems and split your time with them. They will have to work out their own problems. You cant make everyone happy so do what you can to keep yourself happy.

She is probally jealous of the realtionship you have with them. Talk to her about this and let her know even though you are friends with them she is still your closest friend. I have had a few good friends that thought I could only be friends with one person at the time. We discussed this and worked through our problems and all became good friends in the end.

hun dont let anyone pick and chose ur friends. if your best friend is really ur best friend she will totally understand.
