He doesn't have to like you to enjoy the power he has over you. If you still like him, and he gets off on dangling his potential attraction in front of you, then nothing good will happen.
Basically, the way to see if he likes you is:
1) Get lots of attention from guys
2) Keep flirting with him
3) Observe. His feelings should become pretty obvious.

you can never tell exactly with guys, but when you can you can. he probably wants to touch you
