Priest Holmes is a solid runner with excellent speed and great agility.

LaDainain Tomlinson is a better runner with incredible speed and amazing agility. Also throw in that he is a very dependable receiver (only RB to rush for 1000 yards and have 100 receptions in a single season) and has been a pretty good backup QB on some plays (already has 6 TD passes with 0 INTs).

LT is pretty much the ultimate package when it comes to offensive-sided football players while Holmes is a very talented, yet inferior RB when compared to the aforementioned player.

on the same time as Larry Johnson has shown followers his point of expertise, LT continues to be an standard extra effective RB at this component as a results of fact of one little element: journey. Tomlinson has had some finished seasons decrease than his belt and has dealt with his responsibilities in San Diego brilliantly. LT became the 1st RB to record 1000 yards and a hundred receptions interior the comparable season. final twelve months, he racked up touchdowns with the help of working, catching, and throwing. His versatility is super and his ambition is probably countless (while he ran for on the brink of 1400 yards a pair seasons in the past, he apologized for his poor day out). Larry Johnson has introduced solid performances that make many followers envision greatness, yet LJ has yet to be examined with an entire season. (real now nevertheless, i think Buffalo needs they could rewind to 2003 and do the draft back). LT is the extra effective RB between the two.

Overall, it is definitely LT. Besides Westbrook he might be the best catching running back and he is a very shifty, fast and powerful runner all at the same time while managing not to put the ball on the ground. If your looking at pure running you might could make a case for Priest Holmes, but overall its LT

LT

Priest is unreliable he hasn't been healthy in a couple years. When healthy Priest is a great back, but he still doesn't compare to LT. LT has it all he can run inside, he can run outside, he can catch, and any time he touches the ball theres a chance he can score. His breakaway speed combined with his vision makes him one of those few guys that can score on any given touch.

He hardly ever gets hurt as well.

LaDainian Tomlinson by far. He broke the single season touchdown record, and that doesn't even include his passing touchdowns. He has the ability to cut using his inside foot when everyone else uses their outside foot to cut off of. What that really means is that he doesn't lose any of his speed or momentum by making a cut, thus making him more elusive and harder to catch.
