I am thinking of going to school to be a manicurist and i was wondering if any of you reading this does this for a living. If so can you tell me if you like it and share with me a day in the life of a nail technician. Thanks in advance!

don't do it... it would stink like nail polish and you wouldnt get paid well. and all of your coworkers would talk about u in korean.

Do you enjoy doing nails now? I don't do nails, but I know some people that do them. One girl has her own shop and she seems to enjoy it, but to make a career of something you have to think about doing the same thing every day probably five or six days a week. Also if you are a nail tech you have to do feet also. Would you want to do the pedicures??? If I was going to go to school, I would go to cosmetology school and perhaps train to do facials as well as nails. Or perhaps go to be a hair stylist as well as nails. Hope this has helped a little....
