I recently overheard a conversation that my boss I believe was having about me on the phone. I am not sure if he knew where I was or not. Talked about salary, resume on the internet. Lack of a girlfriend in fairly suburan area. All was aware of dark horse of myself arriving late to class after having a one night stand.Major metroplitian area filled with young singles is 30 mintues away. I applied for a transfer with the job 6 months into it. I am in training program the company has office in the major city but I am in their suburan office. Since I have applied for the transfer things have steadily gone down hill. I have been continutally micromanaged and belideled. Cited negatively in performance reviews, those issues have since been corrected though. The conversation really spooked me. I recentley took two days of vacation. Would they fire me on Monday? I am parnoid but dont know what to do. I wont get the transfer. So am not sure what to do. The job is good and the salary fair.

It seems like you're more into having a good time than being employed. You must have mommy and daddy to run home to when you screw up? I'd suggest to you that you just do your job the way you're supposed to do and don't take any time off until you get your transfer in. If your boss has such a problem with you at his location, I'm sure he'll be happy to see you go. Don't give your boss a reason to fire you. Give him several reasons to let you go peacefully.

Honestly though.... once you move to the other location... you'll probably be so into partying and loose women that you'll lose your job anyway. You might as well tell mommy and daddy that you'll be home in the next 6 months.

WORRY GOING TO CHANGE ANYTHING?
SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE NO CONFIDENCE AND BOSS HAS NONE IN YOU EITHER.

APPARENTLY THIS IS THE CROSSROADS--IF THEY AREN'T GOING TO FIRE YOU NOW, THEY WILL EVENTUALLY IF YOU DON'T STEP UP THE PACE AND FIND SOME MOXY AND BACKBONE..

IF YOU HAVE THE SKILLS CONSIDER ANOTHER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WHERE YOU WILL BE MORE APPRECIATED.
