I'm not sure if this is a Java Issue, but everytime I load up Runescape, or go anywhere near a Java thing, the screen starts blacking out, and then coming back on, then blacking out entirely, not letting me do anything. Everything is still running, but the screen is black.

I tried System Restoring. I tried deleting temp files on the Internet, and Java. I tried scanning with McAffe, Ad-Aware SE, and Windows Defender, with nothing wrong, and I tried deleting Java and reinstalling it.

Nothing has worked, any help?

That is an interesting problem. If your screen goes black, and doesnt seem to "refresh" or "repaint" itself in a timely manner my first guess would be hardware.
Do you have enough RAM?
And although I know runescape isnt exactly graphic intensive, maybe its a graphics card thing.
But because you mentioned that it seems to happen only with java, I'd try reinstalling the latest java version again?
Good luck.
