I am pregnant with my 4th child by my husband. I was just wondering if anyone has ever thought " I am pregnant" without any signs or symptoms and then they were actually pregnant. This happened to me every time. I am 4 weeks pregnant so I should just now be missing my period but I felt I was pregnant a week ago and went to the doc and found out by blood test. Anyone relate to this?

I always know as soon as I'm pregnant. One day after just you know, I hopped out of bed and said Im gonna get pregnant from that. He didnt believe me so I went to the Dr and she didnt believe me, she did a urine test-positive, sent me for an ultrasound and yep I was pregnant. My Dr was just so amazed, she still couldnt believe that I knew straight away. But even with the home pregnancy tests, they always come up positive straight away even if I hadnt missed my period yet.
Sad thing was I miscarried a few weeks later. I've had 4 pregnancies and only two succesful ones. The ones I lost were when I told people before the 4 month mark. So now I dont tell anyone until the after 4 months including the Dr.
My MUm always knew when she was pregnant as well. I think that we are just more intune with our bodies than other people.
