No, he his not in all of them. He is only in the ones that he wrote the screenplay for. Except Thinner, Golden Years and The Langoilers. He did not do the screenplay for them. Here is a list of the ones he was in.

Creepshow
Creepshow 2
Pet Sematary
Sleepwalkers
Golden Years
The Stand
The Langoilers
Thinner
The Shining (the remake)
Storm of the Century
Rose Red
Maximum Overdrive
Kingdom Hospital

He was also in a George A. Romero film called Knight Riders.
He also appeared as himself in Fever Pitch.

I think it depends on which TYPE of movie because did not see him in any of the movies of his more sophisticated stuff.
He was not in Misery, Delores Clairborne, The Shawshank Redemption or The Green Mile. Strangely, he as always chosen to be in his sillier movies.

Useless fact: Alfred Hitchcock DID play a bit part in EVERY SINGLE ONE of his movies.

Yeah, my favorite is in Creepshow when he played the guy from his short story Grey Matter. Wait, he wasn't in Misery was he? I don't think so...
Or The Shining...?
