my vote would go for Rhoads. As i like his guitar playing style the best. I also can play some of his stuff on my guitar. Execept for the solos that are just insanely hard like Crazy Train or Mr.Crowly. I can play some EVH and Zakk Wylde stuff too.

eddie van halen was voted greatest of all time, personally can't stand the stuff no soul. I've read that he had a poor childhood and overcame obstacles or some **** like that, which is great but he doesn't deserve the notoriety he has. I mean he can play and play well, but the music isn't that great. rhoads... I can't say anything bad about the man. and zakk wylde ...hell of a showman, but the black label society stuff really doesn't stand out. they're all great my vote is Randy. better to burn out than to fade away.
