this is just another example of our country;s communist leanings,
M,L,K, was a communist and the F,B,I, had all of the evidence they needed to lock him up along with ,Joseph Lowery, and several others like Tu tu Nelson Mandella, Robert McGavey, etc, but our justice dept, said it would cause a nation wide riot and we didn't need that , they even found over 40 car's in the N,A,A,C,P, that were hot and the V,I,N, no's changed but still refused to do any thing , you wonder some times how a person can become above the law, yet he did , also he built a communist training center in Mt, Eagle Tn, and had Israeli soldiers there training the so called black guards guerrilla warfare they were firing sub machine guns while falling out of moving vehicles, but, when a group of whites built a training center in Teri cities Ala, they sent several of them to prison??? A Nashville reporter had filmed this training at Mt, Eagle but the gov, stopped it from being publicized after it was shown one time on the news's, it sure sounds like our gov has turned against its own people and have taken the side of communism , as the forced Ian Smith of Rhodesia to give up power to McGavey and Nelson Mandella from South Africa to give up power to these communist thugs and now you see the results of that decision,

Because there would be an outcry if people weren't off on MLK Day, but no one riots over working on President's Day.

That sounds cynical, and it isn't right, but sometimes the truth is just the truth.

Seems like something you should discuss with your employer. I had both off because I work for a bank and they are "bank holidays"

They are both government holidays, so the government closes... why your company doesn't, I don't know.
