You can be someone from a black and white movie
So make sure you clothes are black and then buy some black/white grey make-up, watch and old movie and use the make-up too make you look like you just stepped out of an old movie

I've been known to take themes to the absolute wrong meaning (on purpose) and go for comedy... if you are white, you could get some dark-brown creme foundation and apply it to either the right or left half of your face and do the same to your hand... opposite if you're black, use lighter makeup for it... there you go. Black and White.
You could also dress like Michael Jackson... and then just walk around singing his song "Black or White" all night.

great idea- a playing card from the alice and wonderland book/movie just choose which card you want make sure its of the black style like a black hearts or something like that. easy to make also. hope this helps
