No Pari did not die in Woh Rehne Wali Melhon Ki.She had lost her memory.Saumya was in the jail when all this happened and when he was out of the jail then he was happy.

no she didn't died but lost her memory and did forget about saumya and saumya is like in very bad condition and keep remembering pari
