I dyed my hair to an almost black color, I have very fair skin and grey eyes.
I currently use black eyeliner, sterling gray eyeshadow in the crease of my eye and pinkish blush and lips.
I work in a professional environment, so I do have to be somewhat conservative.

Hmm...what you're currently using sounds pretty good to me.
Maybe try a plum/burgundy tone with those eyes,test it out and see how it looks. Pinkish blush and lips sounds good.
You can also try a smoky palette now and then,but apply it more lightly since you work in a progessional ev=nvironment. Use eyeliner,and smudge. Put on a dark eyeshadow,and put on a light coat of mascara. Then use a clear/sheer gloss.

Dark black hair with fair skin would look awesome with plum eye shadows, pinkish light baby colored blush,plum colored lipstick and black eyeliner with mascara. Hope this helped...
