Are you talking about the "Clash of Ninja" series... then no, um, I think they come in GameCube...

But I heard rumours that "Clash of Ninja 4" may come in the Wii Nintendo...

As for the nintendo DS, there's another naruto game called... um, i forgot, i'll go check it out right now for ya....
