I've had food posioning before, and once with shrimp. It usually takes about 12 hours after eating it to really kick in. I'm afriad only liquids will be your salvation to this one....
However, it could just be mildly bad shrimp, enough to make you sick for the evening and that's it.

I know someone who had to hop out of a taxi (while it was stopped at a light) to power puke in front of a Buddhist temple in Bangkok after eating shrimp from a local market.

Yeah,I know someone who is allergic to shrimps and he never eats them anymore although he love to...you could be allergic too :( Take care!

aaah, food poisioning...you just have to let it get out of your system...don't forget to drink gatorade to help with dehydration
