I here alot of people say that men have a sexual peek around 20 while
women have theres around 30 or 40
but what does that mean

Well if the sexual peak for men is about 20, this would usually mean that they get it up at anything and can go like a rabit and they aren't as interested in pleasing the woman (well, that was my experince anyway). Woman get more comfortable with their sexuality so that maybe one reason why they reach their peak in thier 30's and 40's. It seems less of a stigma and they get more aggressive and don't feel shame about it. It has been my experience that sex is so much better when one is older and the people involved are more mature about it all.

Damn, if the sexual peak in men is around 20 and in gals around 30-40 then guess we ruined the curve since we are both 49 and still have sex quite often.

Sexual peak is the age in life when one is the most interested in sex. You will want to have sex at other times just not as much.
