Let him be. There's really nothing that you can do about it. I mean, you can report him to Yahoo all you want, and it's not going to do anything. Last time he used the ID suck ma dick, and it took Yahoo several weeks just to delete his messages. He'll probably get banned, but what's to stop him from making a new account and starting over.
He can be quite funny at times. He's not funny right now, but in the past, he's quite witty and funny.
